Watering Guidelines for Gardens, Lawns, Flowers, Trees, and Shrubs
Manual Watering:
Using a container or a hose with a shut-off nozzle to water gardens, vegetable patches, flower boxes, planters, flower beds, individual trees, and shrubs is permitted at all times.
Automatic Watering Systems:
The use of systems such as soaker hoses, removable sprinklers, or automatic watering systems is allowed

Lawn Watering:
Hose Watering:
Watering lawns with a hose equipped with a shut-off nozzle is permitted at all times.
Automatic Watering Systems:
The use of systems such as soaker hoses, removable sprinklers, or automatic watering systems is allowed

Installing a New Lawn or Landscaping:
- A permit must be obtained in advance to water on an extended schedule.
- The permit allows watering of a newly installed lawn with turf at any time on the day of installation. Proof of purchase may be requested.
- After laying a new lawn, planting trees, or completing new landscaping, the permit allows continuous watering for 24 hours.
- Following this, watering is permitted from 9 p.m. to midnight for up to 7 consecutive days.
- After this period, the usual watering regulations apply.
