Mechanical Lawn Watering for Residents, Institutions, Businesses, and Industries

For those wishing to water their lawns using a mechanical system (watering hose), the permitted hours are:

  • Between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
  • Between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
If using an automatic system (with timer), the following schedule applies:

Watering of Plants

Watering of plants, excluding lawns, is permitted at all times using a hose with a manual pistol or spray gun with an automatic shut-off.

New Lawn Watering Permit

Property owners wishing to water a new lawn or new seeding can obtain a special permit for the first time. This permit has a maximum validity of 15 days and is non-renewable. Despite the issuance of the permit, watering is only allowed between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
